8 week old kitten 3 major hernia surgeries need urgent advice

My 8 week old kitten had been through 3 major hernia surgies 2 weks back yesterday he had soft stools and now today he has two watery stools
The reason i think is i have given larger amount of food as prescribed by vet office kindly suggest now how to resolve this problem

I saw in your other thread you asked about rice cereal and pedialite.  I would think you could use unflavored pedialite and the rice cereal together and mix up a gruel.  But, honestly, if your Vet said to feed larger amounts of food, maybe this is what you should be doing, as the rice cereal and pedialite is NOT 100% nutritionally complete.  Did you tell the Vet he now has watery diarrhea?

When i told about the watery diarrhea they said i have given large amount of food

Now they asked me reduce food and ask to give entamizole syrup which i have given 2 drops i m little scared of giving medicine to kitten after 2.5 hours of med he had watery yellow stool
