Foliage pics???

We went to the park today and I took some pictures. I should have brought my actual camera but forgot so these were just taken with my phone.

I was driving around town today on a day off from work.  This was the only one I took.  I stopped on the side of the road to grab it - this tree commanded me to do so!

@sivyaleah  that's a beautiful tree. Someone's going to have rake all those leaves up soon though.   

WOW...I love the color , so beautiful and my favorite tree is maple tree!

We enjoyed some nice color on our drive today. The kids were really into it. Things are finally getting going here!

I am currently sitting in a car for a weekend trip to PA with my family. Just snapped this photo. Hope more to come!

Beautiful!  Years ago DH and I went to a wedding in Western PA this time of year. The colors on the drive were amazing!

My sister and I went to the park yesterday and I captured a few pics. The trees here in Southeast Indiana (U.S.) are a bit bland as far as the bright oranges and reds, but I got a couple trees, flowers and some ground cover.

This is an old iron bridge over a little stream that runs down to the river.

Great shots, everyone. @Draco  have a safe and  beautiful drive! It's pretty amazing to see the colors change when you have a long drive this time of year. You can see the differences between areas according to location and altitude.

I just took a few pictures right around where I live.  I don't think the colors are as pretty as they were last year.  The leaves are dropping before the color really comes in.  We had a wetter than normal summer, I don't know if that is why.  We had a milder than normal summer last year as well but I don't remember it being particularly wet.

This is my yard, the tree has lost a lot of leaves quickly since it has been so windy lately. Big storm coming here tomorrow which will probably make a lot more fall off.

Planning on it! Probably not before 2017 though. 

Well after some bad weather and lots of wind, my tree is almost bare and we will need to do some raking this weekend. It's still very windy so the last bit of leaves will probably fall by the end of the day.
