HELP PLEASE READ URGENT

My cat had three kittens that are obviously really sick. They have red swollen bums and are crying from being in pain most of the day and night. This morning one of the kittens had died and this is what came out of it. Can anyone please please tell me what kind of worms these are and what do I do

You need to get mom and the kittens to the vet now. 

They need to be rushed to a vet ASAP. Whatever worms they are they need to be dewormed and probably need IV support.

omg, all of those came out of ONE kitten? i've had cats for 30 years and i've never seen anything like that. i really hope you are at a vet's office right now!

I agree with the above posters.
The mommy cat and two remaining kittens should see a vet and now.
The only one that can really help you is a vet.
Hope mommy and kitties will be fine.
