This sweet girl followed my daughter home from school about 3 weeks ago. I didn't have the heart to make her stay outside because she appears to be pregnant and was and still is VERY thin. She eats and drinks pretty much ALL DAY!! I am constantly topping off her water and food (during the night too). I don't notice her gaining any weight at all yet. Is it too soon?? I've looked at her nipples and they are not pink at all. They're just the normal tiny white. Can anyone please give me some suggestion?? Oh and I'm not sure this means anything but her poop has the most awful smell!! I have others cats in the past and actually have one now who is 16 years old and have never had the smell carry throughout the entire house!! As soon as she goes I can tell almost immediately and will go scoop. She has her own litter box.

She does look pregnant to me too, but why so thin after so much?! Either the babies are taking it out of her or it could be something else, like a tumor, or worms? I guess the only thing to do is to take her to a vet to find out. At least bring in a stool sample so they can check for worms. Or another idea would be to take these pictures in and show them, and tell them you don't want to upset her by bringing her in. if she is pregnant.  Is her belly getting bigger, like she is pregnant? Since it takes 63 days she could still have a ways to go.You might give her some kitten food and even kitten replacement milk, that would give her added nourishment and calories which it looks like she needs. Good luck, and thank you so much for helping her, you will surely be blessed.

Those are my thoughts exactly. I thought for sure she would have gained a little something. Poor little thing is all bones with a big belly. She looks miserable but is very sweet and cuddly. She sleeps on my chest all night and just purrs away. She's quite the talker too and begs like a dog for food. I hope it's nothing serious and is just pregnant. Thank you for the idea with taking the pictures in. BRILLIANT!!

I agree with @Di and Bob  about giving her KMR and kitten food. You can also give her chicken baby food stage 1 which has a lot of nutrients in it. If she isn't pregnant the large belly could be because of worms. Don't worm her until you find out but take her to the vet or talk to them first.

She is a very pretty girl and will be beautiful once she gains weight. Thank you so much for your kindness to her and taking her in.

Awww what a beautiful girl. God bless you for your kindness. I'd deffo seek the vets advice as I'm woukd have thought her nipples woukd have been pink and more pronounced if she were pregnant. I do hope she is OK. Xxx

Awww she is so pretty!!!, She looks pregnant to me, But   make sure to take her to the vet  because it could be something else,  I rescued a thin pregnant kitty four weeks ago that someone found but they could not keep her so I took her. At the time I did not know for sure if she was pregnant or not because she was so thin,  but four weeks later I  am sure she is with how big she is getting,  Thank you so much for taking her in.

Oh!  She's a pretty tortie!  I'm partial to torties....

Have you taken her to the vet to be checked for a chip and also for deworming?  If she's not gaining weight and she's eating, that might be the cause.  You could also have the vet check to see if she's pregnant.
