My cat has not been very active these recent days, He is usually an outside cat all active and not inside that much and only comes inside to eat or when it's winter he comes inside
so yesterday when i came back from school i wanted to watch some tv and me unknowingly where my cat was i sat down on my chair and suddenly i heard an annoyed growl coming from under the chair

(it doesnt squish him at all) so i decided to look under the chair and i saw my cat sitting there he wasn't looking at me or anything just staring at the ground so i tried to reach out to him with my hand but he started to urinate on the floor (which he never did before ) so i freaked out and went to get my mom, when we came back he had also pooped on the floor (under the chair)  so my mom decided to take him to the vet, He told us he didnt see anything wrong with him and decided to give him an anesthetic for any pain he might have, that whole day he just sat on the chair with his eyes open just staring.
Today he hasn't done a single thing he barely moves, he was laying on a chair and his head was just hanging from the chair so i decided to put some wet food next to him and some water on the floor,
i left the room and went upstairs while my phone was filming it , when i came back downstairs he had moved inside a hole in the scratching pole, so when i watched the footage he kinda jumped of the chair and looked at the food didnt really eat it and went inside the scratching pole.
i'm afraid there is actually something wrong with my cat, Has anyone else experienced this ?

Actually i wasn't there when he went to the vet he is around 10 years old

How old is you cat?

It sounds to me like your cat is very sick.  Did the vet take his temperature? Blood work? A full exam?  It sounds to me like your vet didn't do enough.

Yes, it sounds like your cat is very sick. Apparently your vet did not do much at all. Please get a second opinion. Your poor cat needs a full complete exam with blood work and more. I wish you all the best with your kitty!

That is the age when diabetes, thyroid problems, and age related problems come up. For your own peace of mind I would take him to another vet to have at least blood work done. It's good he doesn't have a temperature, but a cat doesn't eat when they are very sick. See if he will eat some tuna or a cut up hot dog, he has got to eat. All the luck!

OK repeating what we have all said. Your cat is VERY SICK.  He needs full blood work and a full exam.  He is suffering, and without treatment (some of which might be very simple) he may die.
