Inflamed pancreas and lymph nodes

Was your cat diagnosed with pancreatitis? How was this diagnosed, i.e. Spec fpl, or the new Antech test or Ultrasound?

The vet thought she had a blockage. Did surgery to remove the blockage. Found no blockage and found her lymph nodes and pancreas were inflamed.
