I posted here a while back, well my cat is back to having problems.

Before she couldn't pee much and would go to the litter box a lot so I took her to the vet. Without any testing they just told me she had a UTI and gave me antibiotics. I also bought some cans of prescription hills cat food for UTI. Well after a while she seemed to go back to normal. Now she is having the same issues...

I really don't trust this vet anymore, but it is my only option so I am lost at what to do...

Is there any food out there anyone could recommend that might help her?

UTI's can resolve on their own (some vets say a UTI will resolve in 7 days with no treatment or 1 week with treatment)  but they do often resolve more quickly I think with antibiotics.  The test is simple, they just need to pull some urine out of the bladder and then run an in house test if you really want to know if its in ah infecton, and then start treatment again.  If you don't like your vet now would be the perfect time to get a new one....

Well it took 3 weeks for her to improve on those antibiotics so I don't even know if they were helping anything or she just got better from the food. The thing is I live in a small town and they are my only option. When I told them she wasn't getting any better, they told me just let the meds kick in, and I asked if she could get some tests done and they told me they knew it was uti without needing to do tests. =,=
