Emma, age 12, came live with me in June, after my aunt passed.  I was told by my cousin, "You have to turn on the water in the tub for her."  Yes, yes you do.  She is VERY vocal about it.  Water in the sink is NOT acceptable.  Here are few photos and vids.  She always seems to have a bit of litter on her paws, hence making the tub a mess.

She MUST get her head wet, every time.  Usually she does this before she drinks any.

Listen to her talk and purr

Tommy buts in; Emma takes a drink.  Cute pink tongue!

That's all.  Thanks for looking.

Wonderful, BetsyGee!  Your kitty would use the sink; so far, Emma was nothing to do with the sink water.  I think she would blow a raspberry if she could!  I used to have 2 fountains; with so many cats in the house, plus the dogs,  it was a darn nuisance.  Now, I use 3 96 ounce bowls, much easier for me.

Hihi, yes cats tend to want running water instead of still, but I understand them - it's much fresher :)

Ha haaa, just one more way they wrap us around their little paws.  Do they turn the tap OFF when they leave?  Nope, we have to remember to run in and shut it off.  So funny!
