Is Bona hard wood cleaner safe for cats?

I just cleaned my floors yesterday and tonight while ginger was eating he threw up. Could this have been from the floor cleaner? I made sure to keep him away until the floors were dry.

If it is how can I clean my floors without getting him sick.

I doubt the two are related, especially if he didn't ingest any of it.  I use plain white vinegar and water to clean my floors, when I clean them, that is.
