we've had this cat for probably a year now, she was born in our home and her parents are in fact brother and sister but their other offspring are all normal but she since she was born has had very "special" traits. From sometimes getting stuck in a corner to the point where she is there so long that she's panting by the time we find her but she doesn't do this too much which is good but she has her other times where gets stuck anywhere else like under a table or when it doesn't click that she is scared to get off the couch unless she falls off on her feet or we let her down. We've had to feed her forever which is fine and she's a very sweet cat, and very playful when she gets into that mode but otherwise she'll sleep when we lay her down. She loves to be asleep near someone. There are other times where for whatever reason she'll go in front of my door to my room in her stuck modes but as if she's looking for me. I get her into my room, put her on my bed and she'll want to lay down on my lap but can't get off the bed or jump because of her little stuck mode of as if she's gonna fall but she wants to jump over on my lap on my chair.

As one of the forever ongoing things for her of having to feed her food and water, if you put a bowl of food in front of her she will not eat it, if you put it close to her mouth she won't eat and will get into the above stuck mode of just going back and forth as if she will eat but won't. You have to put a peice up to her mouth or kinda gently put it in for her to eat and then you can sometimes just put some food in the palm of your hand for her to eat it normally, other times she won't and you just have to go piece by piece. As for water she drinks from the side of her mouth with a little bottle and she drinks that 100% fine. She always clicks when we put something on the side of her mouth as us giving her water which is nice.

All in all I read all the time of no cats being diagnosed with such things but this is pretty much a straight up disability with out a doubt but I wonder if anyone's ever seen such a cat before?

I also forgot to mention that she does NOT pee and poop anywhere else but inside the litter box, we'll put her inside to where she recognizes she's inside the box and she will pee and poop as any other cat and maybe sometimes try to cover it which she has actually almost successfully done once the other day. If we are out too long she will hold it until she just can't anymore which is very rare if we are out of the house for that long.
