Your cat would not become feral after being missing for two months. He obviously has been through quite an ordeal and is very stressed and injured thus would act in a way as if he had been to war and back. First thing I am hoping you took the cat to your vet immediately. They would be able to assess and answer your questions to reassure you. I think the chances of rabies may be possible if your cat had not had the vaccines regularly. Even more of a concern to me would be FIV which is contracted by a deep cat bite wound, if the cat was in a cat fight while lost.

Vibes for a full recovery and please do update on how your cat is doing. :vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes:

You should get to the vet with your kitty soon for a full check up. If your cat has ever been vaccinated for rabies, most likely she isn't carrying the disease.  Most likely what's happened is that your kitty has been on her own for 2 months and has to endure who knows what kind of treatment and just needs to regain your trust.  Keep her confined to one room, much like you would do with a new kitty, until she's used to you again.
