first a remark: The black point is no true point, its the so called fever coat.  It will go over with time, and show his true colors.

Both circled kittens seems to be points - true points, and also being tortoise-shells...  I think she is diluted, ie being blue and creme, not black and red.  On one its very apparent, face masque and all. On the other being tortie isnt very apparent, but she has some reddish spots, so she is prob tortie she too.  And point, as seen on the very dark tail and ears. (black?  if so, its seal point).

But there is more.  No point kittens darkens up so quickly, seal point or not.  That grayish they should be as adults, as seal points tend to darken up with time.

Thus, there is something more in there.  Probably its a mix of point genes - one of the point genes is of the siamese type, but the other is of the rather rare burmanese type.

This combination of point genes is rare, but NOT unique, once you learned there is such, and learned how to recognize it.

That is my guess.  If so, their eyes may be bluish, but probably they wont never be bright blue - may even have some different color, as the burmanes point has not only dark body, but also they usually arent blue eyed.

And whitie, whom is he?  He is not really white, he is creme of sorts... But doesnt seem to be tabby.     Odd, reds / cremes are usually tabbies.

With a tabby mom, whom apparently is also  a point carrier,  half of the kittens "should" be tabbies, as its a dominant.   I suppose   tortie nr 1 carries tabby, so she is a torbie, oh may what will it give?   Seal point with lynx and diltued tortie??  Seal point and torbie??

StefanZ - Thanks!  The eyes on all of them were pale gray.  The little orange guy had the same color pattern as the black kittens, with the smokey look.  Just hard to tell in the photo because of the lighting.  He had marbling (not stripes) on his face but that's it, the rest of his body is smokey orange.

Ellag- This photo was taken in July, and they went out to foster the next day.  Mom and babies were adopted out before I saw them again, sorry!  Really wish I had seen them when they were older though!  From what my co-workers said, they were the same colors when they came back from foster.
