She looks like a Siamese cat, but has a semi-long hair. Her coat color is primarily white but her ears and fluffy tail are brown. I thought she's a Turkish Van but I doubt it since I found her astray and she doesn't really like water.

Here's what she looks like about 4 month

The coloring pattern could be called for a saddle, where we do have the Van pattern at one end, and a tuxedo at the other end of the bicolors...

How does the face looks?  The color of they eyes?  I mean, she may be some siamese mix anyways, even with the saddle pattern...

With blue eyes, the most probable she is a point ("siamese mix") , but also having lotsa of white, makes her normal body color is shared into pieces, so to speak.  Also her masque on the face isnt whole, because of the white parts...

So she is a point bi-color...  I think.   :)

Her fur isnt very long, but if her tail is bushy, she is probably a medium hair, or semilonghair, as the europeans say.

So a mediumhaired bicolor point, with the pattern of "Saddle"

Something like that.   If she is a look alike of some breed, is another question.  She herself is almost surely a domestic,  as the great majority of cats are.
