Hey guys,

Lately I have noticed my cat pee frequency has drop.

By doing a pee test will this help to determine anything?

Could it tell me if shes just dehydrated and im over concern or is it a waste of money?

No yelp or bloody pee

"The classic sign for dehydration is skin tenting. If you take a pinch of skin over the cat's shoulders and pull up gently, the skin should snap back into place when released. As the cat gets more dehydrated, the skin goes back in place more and more slowly. If the pinch of skin stays up (the "tent"), it is a sign of severe dehydration. The cat should be seen by a veterinarian immediately.

Other signs that may be noted include:
  • Dry, tacky gums
  • Listlessness
  • Refusal to eat
  • Symptoms related to the underlying health problem"

Just came home from the vet. I Told my vet Iwas concerned about her pee and she told me that we could do a pee tes. But she wouldn't pee at the vets so I just collected some. Not sure if it's needed or not
