ok kittens are now almost 2 weeks old and all are doing really well. Momma is taking care of them and all seem happy. My question is: I saw 1 flea on one of the kittens (I look all the time) and one on momma cat. I called the vet and they said the would sell me Advantage and I should treat momma. Let her nurse first then after she is done separate her from them, treat her and keep her from them from 1 - 2 hours. This way it will kill any fleas on her and go through her to the kittens and should take care of any fleas the kittens have. True?

As far as deworming.......at least three weeks of age for the kittens. They dont like to expose the kittens to outside at that young age so they, again, would sell me the deworming treatment and I can administer it to both kittens and momma cat. They will tell me how much and how often and I should keep deworming until they go to their new homes. True?

thanks for any of your advice and opinions on these issues
