dog flea spray on my cat

I spayed my cat will dog flea spray and he is drooling a lot and I don't have the money to take him to the vet is there anything I can do at home

Give him a bath to get the flea spray off him.

I agree, you definitely have to get that spray off, that is a reaction your cat is having, watch carefully so he doesn't go into respiratory distress, his throat might swell up.
