I found 1 week ago 3 kittens and i took them in. i am feeding them kitten milk from the pet shop, thay do theyr needs in the sand, they play, cuddle and all. But yesterday one of them has begun to act very strange, he had no more control over himself, he was sniffing, biting, head pulled back, if i touched him he was biting and scratching.... i took him to the vet, he didn't do nothing, he told me to wait and see what happens. After a few hours the kitten was back normal. But today it happend again, and now he is just laying on the couch, water comes out slowly from him anus, and if i touch him he bites and scratches. WHAT IS IT? My vet said again to wait till tomorrow. But now i am scared that the others will get also sick. Actually one other has water dihareea, he just does it everywhere like he has no more control over it and i see that his back legs are starting to look like paralized. Please anyone help me, i really love this kittens. Does someone know what it can be? I am looking for 6 hours now on the internet and i can't find nothing...

Is there another vet you can take them to? Or insist that your current vet do something? They sound very sick, and small kittens can really go downhill quickly if they aren't treated.

He needs professional vet care from a vet who is actually willing to treat him.  The diarrhea is very dangerous and could be fatal and they need stool testing and immediate treatment.  I'm not sure you have the right vet, but they need vet care.

Can you get Pedialyte, or something similar? If you can get them to drink an electrolyte solution like that to keep them from getting too dehydrated they'll have a better chance of making it to tomorrow when, hopefully, you can get a vet to treat them. Are they eating or drinking at all?

I'm so sorry. few vets are open on sundays unless you have an emergency vet.  Keep him warm with a bottle of very warm water but also dont let him over heat, but keeping him warm is important.  Also using a dropper can you hive her some kero syrup or corn syrup?

corn syrup i gave...  all the vets that i called were emergency vets, i called from every province from my country the vets... and how i said, told me to wait... he is now trying to get up, walks a few steps and falls back down... effectively no control over his body... should i put him separate from the other 2, or is it already too late?

The others can also be a source of warmth, and possibly comfort. I'd keep them together, the others are at no greater risk than they were before, and i'm sorry but you may be loosing the little one.  Keep him warm.

Also, if you have a thermometer and some lubricant like ky jelly, you can gently insert it up his read about 3/4 of an inch and getting a reading.  very fast with digital, 3 min if mercury.  He should be about 101F.  Under 100 and he is in trouble.

It's highly unlikely but a friend brought home a batch of kittens years ago only to discover they had rabies a week later.

i thought about it, symptomps are very close to what my kittens have. but i live in Belgium, here there is no rabbies, all the vets said that when i said that i think it might be that. but i found a congenital disease called hepatic encephalopathy... the symptoms are also symilar. in any case i will get myself vaccinated against rabies, i saw it is very dangerous.

How old are the kittens?

Unfortunately I don't have much to add to the advice you've already been given. It is indeed highly unlikely that they have rabies in Belgium but I think they can actually be tested for that since symptoms are showing so then if they don't have it you'd know you don't have to get vaccinated.

Unfortunately I don't have much to add to the advice already given other than that.
I think keeping him warm and comfortable is the best you can do right now. I am so sorry this is happening to you.

While it is no way a consolation that rabies is unlikely I did breath a sigh of relief.
