my Sisi is sick....pls.i need help..

his skin is sick... he is scrouching all over his head...i go with him to doctor not 1 but 6 in city which i live...the problem is that i live in Tunisia and nobody i mean nobody give me help for him..what can i do...doctors dont know about home pets .no one vgot one here and especialy cat...he is 5 mounts old he comme to my home as small kitty.pls. tell me what medicine can i give him i love my Sisi i must do somthing for him.he look so bad he dont eat so much lately.1 of doctors give me to give him clamoxyl syrop and skin crem pevaryl but i know it is not helping my poor Sisi.i will post some pic.of his sick skin here maybe u will unerstand better what i mean..skin is also sick behind his ear left one and nose.i need medicine which i can finde in Tunisia. thank you.  .

hello is this sore all over your cat's head or just in the spot you have on the photo?

I would start with a 3/1 portion of hydrogen peroxide , and  this 3 part of peroxide to one part Warm water. compress several times a day, get a over the counter antibiotic, and place on the site morning and night, do not let your cat lick the area. see if this helps , 

thank you so much for advice i  try that before is not helpping. .he vgot like that spots all over his head.this must be some strong bacteria  some kinde of skin sicknes .he live ar home but he is going out also i think he cuch some bacteria out side.
