Cat not eating much :(

So when my kitty Oliver had his UTI issues and bladder infection he got put on the Hills Rx food, and i took our other 4 cats off dry and onto Friskies Gravy bits or whatever it's called. They were all eating just fine for the last 4 monts or so, then suddenly this week Arya will not eat it anymore, she will eat her Temptation treats and will lick the gravy off the food, eat a few little bites but that's it. :/

I took her to the vet today and they just felt her intestines for blockages(she has eaten dryer sheets in the past) checked her temp, her teeth and told me that they don't recommend anything else because she IS eating some stuff and she is only 4 and appears healthy otherwise. So what, I'm supposed to wait til she flat out refuses to eat? they said they COULD do x-rays if I had wanted, but recommended waiting. So now I get to be super stressed out because she won't eat normal. 

Anyone else have a cat just flat out refuse to eat something that they had previously eaten every day?

there where times where she would refuse to eat, but typically only one meal, maybe two, then she would be back to normal...this has been going on all week now, so I am super worried about her.

This is worrisome. There is a probiotic called Forti Flora from the vet that you can sprinkle over the food. Or I would try putting some chicken broth over it to see if it will get him to eat. Your cat can get in trouble if he is not eating enough. I would call the vet's office back and discuss a way to get the cat to eat. Express your concern about fatty liver disease, which cats can get if they don't eat enough food. If no satisfaction, I would get a second opinion.
