Just for fun, I counted them.

I have thirteen purses

1. Green leather - Coach
1. Black leather -Coach
3. Brown leather - Coach
4. Red Patent - Coach
5. Cream Patent - Coach
6. Brown/Cream/Multi -Coach
7. Blue Navy Signature material - Coach
8. Black patent - not sure of the brand.
9. Beige patent - Liz Claiborne
10. Brown leather/suede/patchwork - Fossil
11. Cranberry Patent - Rosetti
12 Tan crossbody - Rosetti
13. Purple patent - Kathy Van Zeeland

I think that is all. Thirteen in unlucky number. I need one more. :lol3:

I have been a purse crazy lady all of my life.  I've had to get rid of many bags and now have stopped buying them.  I don't feel like looking at how many I have right now but there are about 10 of all sizes and colors.

Just two - a very large brown leather Shalimar messenger bag that holds a ton of stuff, and a black leather waistpack (I'll avoid the usual U.S. term for it, because it's vulgar in British English) that's for everyday use.

I only have one that I really use a black Coach shoulder purse.

I have a couple of no name brand purses in the closet that I haven't used in ages.  One is cream color and the other one is brown.

I don't use a purse daily but I have three dressy ones. All are black clutches, one each in satin, suede, and smooth leather. All my dressy shoes are black, too, it sounds so boring.

Same here. A black leather Coach shoulder bag. I generally don't hold on to older ones. Either DD takes them or I donate them to the Humane Society thrift store.

Three, I think.

A black Etienne Aigner bag that's pretty old now. But I still carry it from time to time.

A JCP hobo bag that I just love to use. It's big enough that it carries everything I need.

A burgundy Stone Mountain bag that is also big enough to carry all my junk.

There's a certain Coach bag, but I can't afford it.

ETA:  I really want this one, but can't afford it:  http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/burberr...erest&cm_cat=pinit&cm_pla=site&cm_ite=3327134   And it's lambskin and I refuse to go there.

https://www.coachoutlet.com/store/default/customer/account/login/

Sign up with the outlet and they send emails when new stuff goes on sale. I got my black leather shoulder bag (originally over $300) for $99 with a 50% off sale they were having for members only. They had it in the outlet for $198 then 50% off. I snagged one very quickly.

Edited to add- you don't get a dust bag but you get a great price and it's in perfect condition. At least mine was

Winchester Winchester You might try looking on E bay for the Coach bag you want. Of the ones I own, I only bought two of them new at the Coach Outlet. The rest of them came from E bay. They have a tutorial on how to be sure you are getting a real Coach bag. You can ask questions of the seller before you ever bid. I have been really pleased with the ones I bought there for a fraction of what the new ones would cost. You know I feel a little ding here or there doesn't hurt the purse. If you buy it new, it doesn't take that long to ding it yourself. When it comes already dinged a bit, you don't get sick thinking what you did to the expensive purse you bought.

Here is the tutorial. http://www.ebay.com/gds/How-to-spot-a-fake-COACH-bag-/10000000000839005/g.html?rmvSB=true

Come on ladies and post your pocketbooks. I know somebody here has more than I do.

O:lol3:h my. Do we now need a thread to discuss how many pairs of shoes we own. It would take me longer to count them than it took to count the purses. My hubby told me that owing 13 purses is a bad number. He said I would need to buy another one or get rid of one to change that number. :lol3:

Too many to count.  Mostly Coach - many vintage as this point; I've had a few of them as far back as I can remember.

Add in some fancy clutches, and one Louis Vuitton bag I splurged on after my divorce.

The Louis, looks like crap now and there's no way to repair it.  Buyer beware!
