I have to share, because I just can't get over this. We have had Annie and Rina since Saturday. Rina is taking a bit longer to adjust, and prefers hiding and napping throughout the day. Annie however, is just attached to my little boy. I wanted this relationship for him with our dog, but she couldn't handle being near a small child, and despite all our efforts snapped one day and bit his face. She now lives with a wonderful guy we know who has no kids, hiking and taking walks to her hearts content.
And now we have Annie! They cuddle, he gives her kisses, and they are in love already. I love that he has a special friend to grow up with!
