My kitten has coccidia. My vet gave us two oral shots of meds to give her once a week, same day, for two weeks. Well my husband lost the last shot. The kitten seems fine. Healthy weight, plays alot, normal looking poop. Should i be worried about her missing the last dose of her meds? I plan on keeping an eye on her to see if she shiws any signs of sickness. Her next appointment isn't for about another two weeks. What should i do???

I would call the vet and tell them there was a mishap with the second dose... I imagine it is necessary for the treatment.

The usual medicines for coccidia don't actually kill the parasite, they prevent reproduction - so treatment is given over enough time to allow all of them to die off without replicating.  If they aren't all dead, the ones that live will start reproducing and you run a risk of relapse.  I'd get that next dose.
