I gave my cat his meds (pred and heart) and one of the pills got stuck

And he immediately threw up. Do I give him more pills?

That depends on if he vomited the full pills up or not.

To re-dose him you will need to be sure the pills are all there and that he didn't get any part of the med.

To be on the safe side, don't give any more medicine. You don't want to overdose your cat. If you're still unsure, call the vet or vet ER and ask for advice.
