Hi, my month old kitten has a very rounded stomach, I don't think it's worms, she meows a lot if she can't see her mom or isn't being held, nurses normally, and is otherwise fine. Could she just be bloated? None if her siblings have the large stomach, and they act like normal kittens should. None of other my cats or kittens have the large belly. She and he siblings still nurse off of mom

Have you dewormed her? It can't hurt.

However, I have four kittens who are now 7 months old, and from the beginning one of them always had a very round tummy while the others did not. They were all wormed, yet Mitten's tummy stayed round and full looking. I finally decided it was just his body type because he's very healthy and finally outgrew the belly!

So, once you've wormed them, if the tummy stays round she'll probably outgrow it.
