Ok, so I had a really tasty breakfast and the picture was just too good not to share!

These are French toast roll ups stuffed with cream cheese and strawberries! I topped them with more strawberries, cream cheese (to resemble whip cream), and drizzled it with condensed milk. These were the BOMB! I found the recipe on Pinterest. I tweaked the recipe a little though. I added vanilla extract and sugar to the cream cheese to sweeten it. I REGRET NOTHING!

The only time I really eat breakfast is when we go out for breakfast. Or if I make French toast or something for us, which doesn't happen that often. We do have breakfast for supper sometimes.

I worked a 7-day swing-shift for 18 years. My days and nights got all jumbled up and I'd eat pizza at 7:00 in the morning after working all night. Or I'd eat dinner at 11 at night. Breakfast doesn't mean much to me anymore.

Nice picture! They look yummy! (I wouldn't regret it either.)

Half an everything bagel with a bit of cream cheese (I think it was like 1/2 ounce or so - what is that? Like 1-2 tablespoons?) and an iced coffee with skim milk.

I'm at my desk so this is fairly typical.

Yesterday, however, was a real breakfast.  I try not to cook big ones even on weekends anymore but I had gotten a sample of "cottage" bacon in my CSA box and wanted to try it.  It's a lot leaner than regular bacon - there was practically no fat drained out of it.  Made us poached eggs, toasted up some thin sandwich bread to sop up the yolk with the bacon on the side.

i had my usual breakfast, cereal with milk.

breakfast is a very quick and uneventful thing for me. of course, for snick and jaspurr breakfast is major excitement! there's much meowing to mommy to 'hurry up' because 'we're starving', and jaspurr usually rolls around on a rug in the kitchen (looking really cute) while snick reminds him that she gets her breakfast first.

We've done strawberry and cream cheese stuffed French toast before. It's so good!

I really don't do breakfast. When I get up it's about 11 am. I sometimes just drink a pop when I get up. And sometimes cereal. But the reason I don't really do breakfast is because I get dry mouth. I have tried biotene but it does not help. So I just get something to drink and by noon I usually have a bagel with cream cheese or a pb & j sandwich with chips. It just depends on the day tbh. But I love breakfast for supper...

We usually have French Toast and bacon. Or waffles and bacon and eggs. Just depends as my dad can't really do a big breakfast on weekdays so sometimes on a Friday night or Saturday morning my mom makes a huge breakfast. But not often.

I don't eat breakfast or lunch. However, in just over three weeks time I'm going to the UK for just over two weeks and staying in bed and breakfasts, therefore I will be eating breakfast then. Yum.
