my baby snowball is 7 yrs old. he started drooling really bad down his chin. It is turning a dark brown. he won't eat or drink and his tongue is sticking out. When he yawns he kinda gags and it looks like he has trouble moving his tongue. He won't let me put him down and he won't go to anyone else. His gums are a very light pink, almost white. he has fleas and he didn't get into anything. he is a picky eater. he has always had bad breath, he has plack build up. it is 4:30 in the morning and i don't know what to do. no  vets are open around and my truck just quit yesterday.

Sounds like he is having dental problems that have gone bad but could be something much more serious if his gums are white. He needs a Vet ASAP. Do you have any after hours vets in your area?
