I think you need to take him in to be checked to see what might be causing this.  Could be either something he's ingesting, or something on his skin...flea allergy?  Could be so many things.  BUT, a Vet could best try to determine a cause and solution to help resolve his issues.

How is Kiki ?  Have you been to the Vet yet ?
Ya, i went to the vet before yesterday, the vet said that the plastic bowl that i use is causing this, when i got home i threw out the plastic bowl and i am now using rubber and metal, but Kiki is scratching even harder and i am scared that he might get an infection soon. I am going to the vet in about 2 hours again.

Oh I am sorry Kiki is not feeling well .  I hope the vet can find what is wrong .   Is he scratching all over or just his chin and face area ?

It went ok. They said Kiki is allergic to a few food dyes. Kiki is now eating grain free Wellness Core dry food and Wellness and Fussie Cat for wet:)
