1st time cat owner (rescued stray)

Wife and I just brought in about a week ago a stray kitten that her brother found. We originally took it to be a "barn cat" and once I seen her I knew she was to little/young to be one (and a little bit of me liking her way too much)

It's been a week and I love her, she's totally made me a cat lover.

Her name is Kona.

That's so true lol never have been a cat person, she's full of piss and vinegar and a handful sometimes. But worth it

Welcome to the TCS and to cat ownership! Kona is super cute! I'm glad you took her in because black cats have a harder time finding homes. I have 2 sweet black cats that have melted my heart, plus a sassy calico. Cats just seem to have a way of doing that.
