Hi @MelissaPersse and welcome to TCS!

I had to laugh at the thought of them racing into the bedroom..  This is pretty much kitten behaviour.  And you're their mum.

How old are they and at what age did they leave their actual mother?

They are very young to be away from their mother and so they are mimicking the suckling they would do on her.

Let's see if people with lots of kitten experience can tell you more.

Yes, your ear lobes suckle well for these two babies who should ideally still be with mom and nursing.

Since they are not, you can buy squares of fleece at a remnant store, and soak a good-sized corner in KMR, which is kitten milk replacer, and offer this to them to suckle on instead. KMR is available at pet stores, and you can give it to them in a dish to lap as well.

A feeding of wet food at bedtime, along with their blankies with corners soaked in milk and offered to them, should help them settle at night. They may still want to be near you since they think you are "mom" now, but hopefully you can redirect their sucking to the blankets.

Let us know if this helps!

Thanks..I did give them Kitten milk but I am not sure I want to do the wet food I don't want them to think they are getting that all the time and refuse to eat the dry food.  Wet food is much more expensive.  I don't mind giving it as at but don't think I could do every night.  gonna try the fleece blanket too.  Thanks
