my friend's cat Precious had a litter of kittens several days ago and i am sad to report that none of the kittens made it.  They were born healthy but I noticed that there was blood around their mouths and I am thinking that blood is somehow getting in the mother cat's milk

Im sorry to hear this.  Such is always difficult to bear  for persons who do care...  The mom is surely missing them too, being sad and so...

If Prescious is a good mom, your friends could perhaps let her be a foster mom?

This with blood, I dont think some blood in the milk would make any big difference.

They had prob internal bleedings...  Why, we cant know at this moment, with this short desciption at that.  Perhaps some genetic deformity?

They may want to consider fostering first.  The mom has milk and she will grieve.  It makes a big difference if she can nurse and care for a kitten.  It can even be a little older like 6 weeks.
