Is it cancer

Hii have a vets appointment for my cat but wanted some advice from people who have had a simlar experience with there cats.
My little lady is 12 and a half about 3 ago she had her eye removed due to a iris melanoma, op went well but they said it may of spread.
While cutting her nails I discovered a hard sharp lump on her leg, feels like a stone or abit of bone and doesn't move about. Is it cancer? What options would the vet give me ? Love my little lady

The vet might first x-ray or biopsy the lump on the leg, and you would have to go from there.  You can't really get ahead of yourself here without getting panicky.  Take your time and do research before committing to any form of treatment.  In the meantime, let's HOPE it's just a shin splint.

Thanks :-) I'm hoping it's nothing major but with her history of cancer I definitely worry way to much about her.
I guess like you when I get a dignosis options can be looked into further
