Sunday my almost two year old cat threw up all of her food (she eats extremely fast so I figured that was what caused it.) Throughout the day she continued to throw up until she had nothing left in her and it was just her stomach acid. Monday morning I brought her to the vet. They did X-rays and rehydrated her. He found nothing wrong with X-rays and sent me home with an anti nausea pill for my cat. She stopped vomiting but refused to drink or eat anything. She found the strangest places to sleep and would not move for anything which is extremely out of character for her. I could see that she was very dehydrated so I brought her back the following day. A different vet did blood, urine tests and two X-rays and found absolutely nothing wrong with any tests so again she was rehydrated and sent home and told me to check in on Friday. Since she has been home she is still refusing food, drinking some water. She has been peeing but I haven't seen her have a bowel movement since Sunday, probably because she has eaten nothing. This normally cuddly vocal cat will come no where near me and just looks completely miserable. I don't know what to do. This morning I woke up and found her on my computer chair with what I thought was a sweat stain from her on the chair but I'm thinking it is drool. I have no idea what to do and it's killing me to be so useless to her.

Did they check her teeth?  What are you feeding her, canned or dry?  What flavors?

If you're feeding a fish flavored food, sometimes that will cause kitties to throw up as they can't always tolerate processed fish flavors.  Try giving her some plain boiled chicken.  I just put a chicken breast in some unseasoned water, boil it slowly, shred it and add in some of the broth to make it like oatmeal and serve.  You can also try offering plain meat baby food, chicken or turkey flavored and Beech Nut brand if you can find it.  She needs to get some food in her or her liver will start shutting down.  If you have to, force feed her with a syringe or large baby medicine dropper.  Just purree food with some plain baby pedialtye and then put it in the syringe.

The drool is indicative of an upset stomach or what we would call heartburn.  I'd get her to the vet and ask for a shot of Cerenia to settle her tummy and also an appetite stimulant to help improve her appetite.
