So i brought in a stray kitty on Thursday September 10th & we got rid of her fleas and put her on advantage 2 for kittens on the 12th. she is about 5-6 weeks old she eats wet canned food mixed with dry food but doesn't touch the water we give her. We stopped giving her KMR because it was giving her diarrhea. I will bring her to get vaccinated in about 2 weeks. However, the thing i'm most worried about is she has this milky colored substance in her tear duct area. we did not see this when we first got her but now it is present and we aren't sure what to do or what it even is. please provide any suggestions or information please!

This is when we first got her:

This is currently as of September 14, 2015:

she could have the feline herpes virus. i'd get her to a vet asap and if you have other cats, keep them seperated...

That's her third eyelid, partly covering her eyes. It usually only looks like that when a cat doesn't feel well, so it would be a good idea to take her to the vet and find out what's going on. It could be feline herpes (and yes, there is a vaccine for it) but it could also be any number of other things. Does she have any other symptoms?

The herpes virus is VERY common in cats, it's not contagious to humans. My vet recommended L-lysine to boost the immune system and it worked with my cats. I got it on Amazon as treats. Your baby looks very sick, she needs a lot more water, maybe you can mix some in her canned food? If you can't take her to the vet (which is what she needs) I'd at least call the vet and ask about the Advantage, I know it made some of my kittens sick when I applied it. She may be suffering from something else entirely and only a vet would know. I'll pray for that sweet little girl, keep us posted on what you find out, in the meantime I would definitely start her on the L-lysine, it couldn't hurt.

if she has feline herpes, would the vaccine even help her anymore?

what is the vet going to do if she has feline herpes? i thought she was too young to get the vaccine. or are they going to give her an oral medicine?

and update on her eye: it has gotten worse in her left eye, it got a little pink and it looks like there is some crust around her eye. could this be dried up tearing?

They can give antibiotics and eye ointment if she needs them. But, again, we don't know that's what is going on with your kitten. You really should take her in and let the vet look at her.
