One of our cats got into it with another tom cat. Mike pooped all over the place.and now his bottom looks swollen and.theres blood. I found no cuts, just a.swollen bottom and some blood

He needs to get to the vet to make sure there's no injuries that you can't see.
Yes he needs a vet, teeth can go anywhere in a cat fight including there.
