I guess I didn't introduce myself last week.
Hello from Toronto, Ontario. I am a human cat beacon.
We have a lot of cats. I might be a crazy cat lady.
We have Pootie (also known as the white devil) who technically belongs to my youngest adult daughter. She promised she would take care of him and feed him and scoop his litter. I fell for it.
We have Rumble who got his name because all he ever does is purr. He is a big, whiney, buff coloured suck of a cat. Both Pootie and Rumble are shelter cats.
And finally we have Raspberry who was a cryptorchid stray that came into my possession February. He has beautiful blue eyes and was super cuddly and lovely until I said he could stay and now he has no use for me. After him I promised my husband 'no more cats", he fell for it.
We also have Charlie who is my 1.5 year old german shepherd. Charlie is a rescue. He is a great dog.
On June 1 my other daughter moved in with me with her two cats (Nico and Iggy). She is in the basement. That is 5 cats.
In mid-June we found a momma kitty and her five newborn babies and brought them into our home. Momma has just left for her forever home and the remaining two kittens leave on Friday.
About two weeks ago a beautiful Tom showed up on my porch, we named him Thomas O'Malley (this Aristocats) and now he is residing in my spare bedroom. He is FIV+
There is more to these stories, we have looked for owners but I seem to live on stray cat boulevard. My husband doesn't let me outside alone anymore and I told him we have been married for 15 cats.
