I also think you need to take Twinkles to the vet. They can perform an x-ray to see if she is pregnant, and if there are any kittens, whether they are dead or alive.

She may have an infection whether she is pregnant or not. Yellow pus-like mucus is indicative of infection. It's very important at this point that you get her checked out. She may need spaying right away, or a c-section, and/or antibiotics. There is also a chance that everything is okay, and as you describe her behavior, she does sound pregnant. If so, she would be close to 70 days now, which is hitting the upper limit of pregnancy.

Please let us know what the vet says.

It was just a tad but could it be her plug. I took a couple pictures of her. She is a really petite cat. I also can see and feel movement.

Then perhaps it was her mucus plug. If you're seeing and feeling movement, and she passed her plug, she should be having kittens very soon.

Keep us posted on her progress!

I was trying to load a picture and was not able to. Her nipples look like some of the pictures in the other pictures of pregnant cats but they are not pink. They are white and raised. Kinda flemsy if that makes any sense

You could still have an x-ray done by a vet to see how many kittens she is carrying and at what stage they are. I did that with the pregnant stray I took in.

I know this is crazy question, but do you know if that is expensive. I'm really in a hard place right now 2 small children and single mother. That is why she hasn't went to the vet yet. I have to preplan finances. I really wasn't planning on a cat she kinda chose us. She was scrawny and I started feeding her and didn't even let her in the house. But things change I guess. Honestly I don't want to tell you guys I am going to take her and not take her. I simply just can't afford it. I would of already taken her the day she had a baby that didn't survive. My question is are pregnant cats nipples white? I feel stuff moving in her but at this point I'm even questioning that. She is such A small cat she looks pregnant. And feels full. Someone mentioned maybe she is eating better that she is in the house. She is fed the same. Her va jayjay don't have the stuff today. Is there something to look at on her privates that look different. And how long are they usually in heat? Reason I ask I thought she got pregnant 7/16/15 cause it was like she was in heat one day and then she wasn't so I assumed but I could totally be wrong. I just don't understand the baby she had. I was thinking the day she had a still born about 15 days early but it looked fullterm. Im sorry I'm just worried about her. I have really came attached to her and I feel so helpless and makes me feel like a bad person cause I haven't taken her to a vet yet. She has not shown any sign of being sick at all though. So that's a good sign right?

I don't know when you stopped letting the cat out, but she could have mated again while she was out. The situation is confusing.

A vet exam and/or x-ray is the only way to really know what's going on. I understand your financial situation totally, but I suggest that you call a vet and ask about payment plans and the cost for an exam.

Something doesn't seem quite right.

Well maybe she just had that one baby in her then. Thanks for all the advice. If anything new happens I will update
Although I will have to say I'm a little disappointed little kittens would of been a joy and had a couple people wanting one but honestly it's for the best. Getting her spayed ASAP

It is strange for sure, she has a long thick body, but likely has recently put some weight on now that she is with you.

Even small cats will appear prego towards the end, and she would clearly be at the very end if she were.

Why not get an x-ray done so we all know once and for all? Or even just a vet exam? He can hear heartbeats if there are any.
