I have a cat, he's about 9 years old. He's always been thin, but it seems like he's even thinner than normal. He loves all meats and pretty much anything I'll alowe him to eat. I tried cooking some chicken livers and gizzards, he liked it but didn't eat much. I switched him to the Blue Buffalo grain free chicken flavor dry food (he doesn't like seafood flavored wet or dry food) he was throwing up at least once or twice a week, and it was whole dry food. So I switched him to Blue's sensitive stomach dry food. He gets whiskas wet food every morning and foods accessable at all times. But he only weighs 7lbs and you can feel his ribs. He's also losing fur, can thyroid problems randomly happen? We had a flea problem and he's super sensitive to flea bites, so maybe that's why he was losing his fur? From over grooming? I don't know what to try to fatten him up, heavy lactose free cream? I tried nutrical, I was mixing it in with his wet food, but I got a different kind which he didn't like so he hasn't had it in a few weeks. I think I noticed his fur thickening when he was taking that though. Any suggestions?! Sorry for the novel, I'm at a loss. [emoji]128542[/emoji]
