Need some advice about adopting a cat.

Hello, I am new here and not familiar with the site. I need advice about adopting a female cat from an older gentleman who has been moved to an assisted living facility. NOT a pretty scenario, what I encountered when I went to meet the cat today. I have questions, in which area of the website may I post them? I do want to take in the poor cat, she just broke my heart with her loneliness, so hungry for companionship and love after being locked up for 2 months.Thanks!

Welcome to the site! I'm a little new as well but I would think the best places to post your specific questions would be either Care & Grooming or Cat S.O.S., depending on what kinds of questions you have. Poor thing, I'm sure you'll give her a good home and she'll be happy to have a friend. Good luck!
