Hello, stumbled upon this website looking up various things about my cat (he has diarrhea, fiesty, but sweet!). When I was little I brought home a 3 week old kitten, my dad let me keep him. Now I realize I did a TERRIBLE job raising him! I definitely wanna make things right in his memory, by treating my current felines well!
How the current cat fever started was when my ex's dog, a shiba inu, found a 3 day old kitten in my apartment parking lot! It was already in the 90s and it was projected to be 100 degrees (Dallas summers are brutal). I didn't see any other cats or kittens around so picked up the 3 day old to my apartment. Didn't want the 3 day old to fry out in the sun. I ended up taking the 3 day old to my nearest no kill shelter. I went a week later to check up on it but learned that the 3 day old (named Suess), was at a foster. I saw all these other cats and really started to want one...So a week later I adopted Benny, as a companion for my future kitten Suess. Yes I'm planning on adopting that one kitty the dog found.
