Hi Everyone :wavey:

Today's question is ...............

How many devices do you own that can connect to the Internet ?

I have 5 I think, unless I've forgotten something

iPhone
iPad
Laptop
Desktop
Smart TV

Droid cell phone

Nikon camera

Kindle

Chromebook

PC

TV (I have no idea how, just know it does)

My BF has about the same (TV is both obviously). There may be more. I really don't keep track of this stuff at all. It's all I can do to remember the gazillion passwords I have lately.

My desktop computer

Rick's desktop computer

Laptop

Nook

My Droid Turbo

Rick's Droid Ultra

Rick's iPad

Bedroom TV

The iPod

I hardly use my Nook for the internet, other than to download library books or buy books. Reading is its main function, with a few games as a secondary use

I hardly use my Droid Turbo for the internet either. It's too small for me and I don't see the need.

4, I think: our two phones, my iPad, and my husband's laptop.
My phone is a pre-paid piece of junk that charges insane amounts of minutes to access the internet, so it's never used for that. The only thing my phone is really used for is giving DH grocery lists while he's at the store! :lol3:

I am really behind the times, just a laptop and smartphone.  I also have a Thin Client for work that connects to the company server.  I don't use the internet there for anything but work, I have known too many people that got into trouble by using company equipment for personal business on the internet.  Even if you are off the clock it is using company equipment, I don't need the headache if the company wanted to make an issue of it.  I also have a second laptop that still works but it isn't even plugged in.

It's taking them several weeks to replace it? Ugh. I'm sorry to hear that, I know you were excited about having a new computer.

no, lenovo was going to send a replacement cpu out within a few days. i ended up deciding against trying another cpu from lenovo, and will buy an HP cpu instead. this means that i need to wait until a refund is put through on my credit card, then i'll order the HP cpu. it'll take HP approx two weeks to get my cpu configured before shipping it to me. i just didn't care for the way lenovo was handling this situation, and i felt that it was a very bad sign that the lenovo cpu arrived effectively DOA.

i'm still excited about the new computer, but will just have to wait a little longer for the last component. good news is that everything is set up so that when the cpu arrives it should be pretty much just pop it out of the box and plug it in.

9 I think.

2 phones, the computer, 2 kindles, a kindle fire, 2 roku players for the TVs (I don't believe they connect to the internet on their own) and the wii.  My ipod doesn't connect and I don't think DH's does without being plugged in to the computer.  We've had them a while.
