Throwing Up Regularly Now

Hi I have a 2.5  y.o. male.

Lately seems to be vomiting at least once a week about an hour after he eats.  It all comes up undigested.  Pretty violent.  I used to see hair balls, but started brushing him and I never see that now. 

Last time he saw the vet was a few months ago when he ended up with blood in his urine after I tried feeding him some fancy feast classic turkey.

Could it just be a matter of him eating too fast? He gets fed at 7 am and 5:30 and a snack at 8:30.  

Always worried that I'm missing something - was really surprising how fast his urine got bloody after switching his canned food for one of his three meals.

Can you pinpoint if this once a week vomiting is after a specific food?  One out of 21 meals is odd, but nor normal.  something about that one meal, that's why you need to try to figure out what it is about that one meal.  Maybe keep a journal of what you feed at every meala to try to figure out if it's always chicken, or turkey, or beef, or some common ingredient.

If you're feeding canned food and rotating the varieties, anything with fish might be causing it.  I would stick to either chicken or turkey only.  Or, try one of the limited ingredient foods such as the ones from Natural Balance.
