2 weeks ago a cat gave birth to 3 kittens in our garden, when i first saw them i started to give them milk, water and food. The mom cat would miauw like forever in front of our door if she was hungry so i knew when i should give them food. But Unfortunatly, the mom died 2 days ago. 3 kittens are alone and hungry all the time.. theres also a black cat that wanted to attack them but the mother was always defending the kittens but now im worried because he really wants to get rid of them now. The dad is still unknown but another cat (who i think the father is)attacked the black cat when he tried to get near the kittens, BUT when the mom was still alive for some reason she didnt want him near the kittens(...?) And now ive no idea what to do, my school starts next month and then ill have no time to deal with those kittens. I also dont want to get rid of them because i dont trust other people.
What should i do? And what should i feed them?

Ouch, its apparently a hurry.   Are you willing to take them in and help them?  Its a must now.

Or else, if you find someone else who is WILLING.  If you  leave them to a common shelter, they will probably be pts immedaitely, unless the shelter IS working with small kittens, and has rescuers lined up...

You give kitten mothermilk replacement, kmr,  OR goat milk, full fat, no diet verison.  Walmart should carr7 them both,  kmr in their pet section, goat milk in diary section.  May also be on other shelves...

Easiest is probably to use  a small needleless syringe, alike you use to dosage medicines, of 1 or 1,5 ml....

Tummy down, head up, in the corner of the mouth, slowly so they manage to swallow.

Keep the kittens warm, not least, so they are warm when they eat.  They dont digest well if cold...

This means, some actively warming up, unless is very warm at your place...

You find surely articles on our site, otherwise www.kitten-rescue.com is good...

Good luck!

The kittens seems to be at least 3 weeks..  This makes your  quest a little easier, you dont need to feed them during the night, perhaps just once.

ps.  IF they are about 3 weeks, or perhaps even 4, they can probably begin to eat mushed food too... minced meat, spiceless baby food, and such... baby cat food, wet or dry...

Can you please take them in in the day too?  It is safest so, also, it will be easier to socialize them to nice home cats...

They will need a litter to relieve themselves in - common sand is OK.

Usually we dont recommend cow milk - but I know of kittens who did survived on cow milk.  Especielly if its not paseurized, from the cow, its safer.

But goat milk is totally safe, and if you can get goat milk raw -  whoa!  Americans, go and hide yourself and your Walmart!   :)   joking a little.   :)

ps that chicken meat,  mince it is small pieces, of course.  other parts are also ok, as heart, liver, kidneys, at least a little later on.

eggs are good too. Minced in small bits...  or if you dont have problems with salomonella in your place, so raw egg yolk, blend it with that minced chicken or with that milk...   raw egg white isnt so good, but boiled egg white is good.

Turkish youghurt is excellent!

Haha it sure is!

One of them just eats a little and then just sits, while the other two eat for another 10 minutes.. why? Is he sick?

Also a woman wanted one of kittens and i told her that she'd have to take all three.. i dont want to separate them, they are playing so nice together!

Yes, you have absolutely right, they need to be toghether, to learn to play and behave from each other, till they are at least 8 weeks.

Why the one dont eats much I dont know. But be prepared to help it some extra.

If the woman will take them all inside her home and care for them properly this would be the best situation.

They look to be around four weeks old, but they need shelter and looking after all the time.

Thank you for caring for them.

Im watching them from my Window every 5 minutes, and play with them 5 times a day.
The woman doesnt want to have all 3..

Can you keep them inside your home all the time where it is safer?

If he is what we call semiferale, he is of course afraid of people.  But its not unusual cats DO keep in pairs / family groups.  with the tom protecting the family.  Sometimes even actively taking care of the kittens...  If he is such a protective tom, its not as dangerous as it seems.

But still, the best solution for them is if you can take them inside, and foster inside.   If you can proceed to help this daddy cat, its nice....But the kittens go first and foremost.

It really isn't as much trouble as you would think. A small room to close them up with food water and a litter box. They will be so much safer and will be easier to find homes for if socialized inside.
