My 5 month old kitten ate breakfast and about 2 hours later vomited what looked like his undigested breakfast. He only eats wet food (Blue Buffalo healthy gourmet indoor). He was very calm afterwards and was laying down and sleeping. Then 3 hours later he threw up again. He kept licking his mouth and has not moved very much and when he walks he is a bit shaky. I offered food to smell just chicken and chicken broth baby food and he backed away from it, he also didn't want water. What should I do? Should I just wait til he is interested in food?

He could've eaten a bug or something or it could be something worse.  I'd not try to feed him anything other than plain meat baby food or plain shredded boiled chicken for the rest of the evening. Let his tummy calm down.  In the morning, offer him a small portion of his regular food.  If he continues to throw up, get him to the vet immediately as it could be a blockage.

FWIW, I've not had good luck with Blue Buffalo food.  Seems to upset one or more of my kitties' tummies.  It could be a food intolerance if Blue Buffalo has changed the formula or has a new source for one of the ingredients.
