I have a 17 year old cat and am joining the cat site to stay on top of any issues she may have and read about cats with similar things going on with them.

Fortunately there are a lot of very knowledgeable people on this site who are wonderfully generous in sharing their expertise. It's also a great place just to talk about your cat and show photos.
