Good morning. Today's question is;

What's on your bucket list?

For those of you who may not have heard this expression before, your list of things you want to do before you kick the bucket.

Mine are;

Go horse riding on the beach. I love horses and I've been riding since I was a kid, but never on the beach. Doesn't this look like so much fun?

Go to the Burning Man festival. I know I should have done this 10 years ago, before it got so popular, but I still think it's worth seeing.

Visit Yakushima Island. This is a World Heritage Site, a wetland forest where no trees have ever been cut down. Some of the trees here are thought to be at least 2,300 years old! Can you imagine?!

How about you? What's on your Bucket List?

I don't have a bucket list, but I have a sort of anti-bucket list of things I never want to do.

1. climb Mt Everest

2. go camping

3. go hunting

4. see Sophie's Choice

5. go back to school for another degree

Yakushima Island is BEAUTIFUL!  I've never heard of it.  How incredible.   Several of our friends have gone to Burning Man, one is there right now in fact.  I have no desire to go myself but I'm looking forward to her stories and pics.

A photo safari to the Serengeti and also climb up to see the mountain gorillas.  I know that actually straddles 2 or 3 countries even though there is only about a 100 of them.  It's a lot of work and effort to get up to where they are and then they only let people stay close to them for 1 hour.  That's a precaution because they are so close genetically to humans and they want to lessen the risk of passing a virus to them that they have no immunity against.

My parents did a lot of traveling later in life and they went to Africa.  They liked it but it wasn't their favorite trip.  Their favorite was to New Zealand but I still want to go to Africa.

i'd like to do some hiking on trails in some of New York's state parks. i'd love to live long enough to see my niece and/or nephews have children of their own. and i'd like to have all my home improvements completed.

I'm afraid I'm very very boring.
I don't have a bucket list.
Sorry. :nod:
