Hi,  I have 1.2 year old female cat called Becca (she is 3 months on my avatar).

I never had a cat before so I battled through every little thing that was new to me and I learn a lot about her behavior. She barely meows (except when in heat) and this is what I'm bothered at.

Lately she use a new meow that I'm not aware of. She had food and she is not in heat or anything. When she does that she looks me in the eyes, and then takes me under my bed. There is nothing under it, I suspected on puke or some killed insect or animal but there is nothing there. Also she purr's a lot more then usual when I touch her.

I know my cat by now and this is new behavior, that is way I'm little concerned.

P.s. I've misspelled the thread, its suppose to be "I can't figure out what." :(

We will never figure out everything about cats. That's one of the things I love about them.
They surprise everyday with something new.

I have no idea why Becca would show you what is under the bed. You can't see it but perhaps she can either smell or hear whatever it is. Maybe she's even telling you it is dusty down there.

THx for the reply Yagi.

Actually she has done the whole "procedure" just min ago.

She meows like to grab my attention, then she goes  behind my couch (or under my bed) and she lays on side and want me to pet her.

So I guess its nothing serious but I've never seen her do this. Especially the meowing, she barely meows.

My guess is she wants you to play with her. I would also get her spayed for health reasons and for her own comfort unless you want her to become a mother cat and sell her kittens which I personally find cruel but its the way of the world. The down side is too many unwanted cats. Have fun with yours. Play with her, its what you describe she's doing that shows she wants to play.[emoji]9786[/emoji]
