Im fostering a litter of 2 week old kittens. The one kitten seems so much smaller than the others. The bigger ones are around 6oz and the biggesr is 7oz the littke one is only 4 1/2 oz. She eats but doent eat a lot at once she will stop feeding ill feed the others then feed her again she drinks some more and then i will feed her a little later.

Any advice i just got some nutrical that i started to give her.

Being smaller, she will eat less amount.  Main thing is, she gets her  8 ml / oz a day,  here it will be at this moment about  36 ml a day, divided by the number of feedings...

She shall gain at least 6 gram 0,2 oz a day.

Does it correspond with your findings?

What food you are giving them?  Nutri-cal is a good useful vitamin paste.  Some nice  probiotic wont hurt.  Unpasteurized goat milk - raw or frozen, if you can find it, is useful, although not necessary.

As long as she is healthy, does gains, etc, its just to accept you have a mini cat.  Hopefully she will proceed well.

But if she isnt gaining, the  future isnt necessary positive.

Can you not switch them to a proper kitten rearing formula? Goat milk where I come from isn't widely used so I cannot comment on it's use.

There is something called "Fading kitten syndrome" and describes a range of medical reasons for why a kitten just doesn't make any progress and ultimately passes away.

I have had one pass at a few weeks old, she had a feed and then toddled over to the door, fell over and well... my partner took over from there and stayed with her until she died.
She never put on the weight like her brother did, she never got bigger, she wasn't ever very interested in feeding.... While her brother absolutely stacked it on.

If your kitten doesn't put on any more weight I would definitely look into switching to a more nutritious powdered formula.

The fact she has finally gained is a very good sign. Raw goat's milk and nutrical are both excellent for your kitten.

What is important is that she be fed the proper amount of formula to grown on. At 5 oz. she needs 40 ounces of milk every 24 hour period, or minimum of 5 mL at each feeding every 3 hours. I would give her more if she wants it, and increase the amount by 2 mL per feeding each day. The rule of thumb is 8mL per ounce of body weight per day, divided by the number of feedings in a 24-hour period, and of course she must be fed through the night.
