NEED HELP ASAP delay i delivery of last kitten

I'm worried about my baby toothless she was a stray we saved 4 weeks ago and she had gottem very large with her pregnancy well we had the first arival at 11:43 last night with the last of six arriving around 4:39 am after which she cleaned everythimg up very well and has seemed to relax it is now noon and no more babies she still seems to be having strong contractions again and I can still feel at least one in her belly should I be worried that this much time has passed without the last one delivered how can i be sure she is done she is about 11 months old so very young and she is already built small she didn't have much trouble with the others except that I couldnt leave her side she seems so tired and worn out is there any thing I can do to help her

Labor can start and stop. Also, it's not uncommon for another kitten to be born hours later. She may be experiencing after pains as well. Just offer her some comfort and wet food in the meantime. Things should be okay.

Well she had 2 after 27 hours both were still born but the other are doing great thanks for the comforting advice

I'm sorry she lost two of them, but glad she's done now and all is well.
