I rescued 3 kittens when they were about 1 week old. They've been with me for about 2 weeks now.

They were obviously left for dead. 2 of them were together, really dirty and weak. 1 of them was laying half dead next to his ,full, dead sibling...this one is who is not eating, Jojo. The other 2 seem to be doing fine. They are active and have a healthy appetite.

When i first brought Jojo home. He was so weak, he would barely move at all for a week. He had a blister sort of lump on his neck behind his head which i drained the pus out of with an insulin syringe everyday and put antibiotic ointment on. About on the 3rd day, i gave her a shot of antibiotic and the blister never came back. During this time she would hardly go to the bathroom - i think the first 3 or 4 days she never did. She moves around right now so defo more active but nowhere as active and zestful as her siblings.

My main concern now is that she doesnt eat. The other two have now smoothly and happily transitioned from being bottle fed KMR (kitten milk replacement) to eating solid food on their own. Jojo on the other hand is not only still on KMR, but i have to force feed her every time. She's been like that ever since i got her. Ive been forcefully opening her mouth and feeding her KMR. She spits out as much as she can and whatever slips in is what she's surviving on.

Any idea what the problem could be? And yeah...her head is slightly tilted/cocked to one side. Im thinking shes been injured while she was outside.

Any help/advice would greatly be appreciated!

If you're feeding her are you also stimulating her to pee and poop with something like a warm wet paper towel on her bottom?  Without stimulation at 1 week of age she will likely not go on her own and will die due to a burst bladder.  I would stimulate immediately and if that doesn't work then immediate vet visit is in order (and might be anyway).  You clearly are experienced in cat care but this sounds like it needs professional help.

Good news is always good but she is not normal and her life is still at serious risk. I would consider this a reprieve at best to give you a chance to get her professional care.
