Can you get some KMR and small needleless syringes 1 -2 mls to feed them  I know it's late.  I will look for a temporary recipe you can make.

You really need to relax, take some deep breaths. Never, ever hold a cat down to nurse - that will make her stressed.
If she is showing no sign of wanting to feed them then you need to:
1) Buy formula and feed them yourself, which needs to be done now. They cannot have cows milk.
2) Contact a vet or rescue place and ask for help asap.

Here is a link that has a recipe for homemade pedialyte and kitten formula.

http://www.kitten-rescue.com/what_to_feed.html

the kittens need to be fed every hour around the clock  the first couple of nights.  Can you bring them inside?

They will need a nest and a heat source (heating pad on low, bottle with hot water or a sock filled w/raw rice - nuke for 5 minutes, holds heat 3-4 hours) covered by a cloth.  The kittens cannot regulate their body heat until 3 weeks old.

When you feed them, keep the tummy down and head up (like when they nurse), put a drop in the cheek, wait for the kitten to swallow, breathe and repeat.  This will take practice and patience.  Is there someone who can help you?  then they will need to be burped.  And you will need to help them eliminate by rubbing the belly w/ a damp washcloth and then tapping by their but.

It is possible they will all die if mom doesn't have milk.  You can gently squeeze the nipple and see if milk comes out.  You can help save the kittens by following the above directions.  The longer you wait to act the less of a chance they will have.

Yes, they will all die if they aren't fed properly soon.
Please don't squeeze her nipples, you can press your hand to her tummy and you should be able to feel that her breasts are swollen and warm (the soft part under the nipple).

I would really suggest just giving your vet a call, it would be much better than seeking advice over the internet.

Sorry, I don't think there is any way we can help you anymore.

I suspect that the kittens will die without formula or vet care - I think perhaps it's best that's next time you find a pregnant cat to take it into a shelter or find someone who is prepared and knows what to do.

I think you should just leave her alone for awhile, does she has a nice safe nest where it's warm and quiet?
If they are suckling that's a good sign, just keep an eye on her from a distance and make sure everything is okay.
Please don't hold her down again, that will stress her out.

Any update on this?

You shouldn't worry about them all dying, if you focus on this too much you will lose focus on what to do and it will end badly. You need to stay positive, because negativity won't solve anything. The mom will also feel your negativity and get stressed over it.

Mom cats don;t lay in the box with her kittens all the time. I have one mom who just comes to feed them and runs out as soon as she can and just sleeps on the couch. When the kittens start screaming, she returns to them and feeds them until they are done and leaves again. Other moms stay with them 24/7 to a point that you start worrying if they even drink or eat themselves. Mom cats can be very different. We need to make sure they are drinking of mom first, and get yourself some kmr/formula when you can.

Are they lying with mom at all? Are they latching onto her? If so, and mom allows them for a while, they are probably drinking which should be good. It's okay for her to walk out (you can't force them to stay) but when a kitten cries she should return to them and lay down again. If she does this, leave her be. Weight the kittens and make sure they gain weight.

If they aren't drinking from mom at all (mom never around, crying all the time, seemingly hungry) you need to get yourself kmr/formula as soon as you can and feed them yourself. Call your vet for assistance and/or tips to help you through this and to make sure you are doing the right thing.

This is perfectly normal. My Cat also did this when she had kittens. They won't stay in the nest 24/7 in the wild a mother cat would have to leave the nest to go hunt to feed herself. in a home moma cat would be hungry and dirty not to mention need to use the litter box at some point and also just give her nipples a break from the suckling. The kittens will be fine as long as their nursing. I think my kittens nursed for about 5-10 mins every hour or so around the clock. More in the first few days as they had to work a bit harder to get anything.

Is the box a large one. Large enough for moma cat to lay down and stretch out from end to end. If it's to small she will end up laying on the babies and/or not get in with them at all because there isn't enough room. Talking to a vet at this point would be a good idea. Also update us so we can give you support at least and maybe some guidance if we can help. I hope the babies are well.

Did you weight them? Are they gaining weight at all? Are you feeding them? You need to give us more details for us to be able to help you
